Although Late Awaz
Sayeed was renowned for his satirical modern short stories and
humorous Khake (life-sketches), little do people know
that he started his literary career by writing
Nasri
Nazms. Some of these
Nazms were published
in literary journals but a large number of them remained
unpublished. The entire collection of his published
and un-published Nazms are reproduced here.
All these Nazms have now been included in the 'Kuliyaat-e-Awaz
Sayeed', an anthology on Awaz
Sayeed that has been published recently. |
